A group of BG residents concerned about housing in the city started Bowling Green Save Our Neighborhoods Group as a nonprofit community development corporation in July of 2023. We believe that there is much that can and should be done to improve neighborhoods and the quality of life in our city.

The goals of Bowling Green Save Our Neighborhoods Group (BG SONG) are to:

·  Work to increase the availability of decent, affordable housing in the city,

·  Advocate for improvements in the quality of rental housing,

·  Monitor compliance with the city’s existing zoning regulations and report offenses.

BG SONG will work to improve our neighborhoods for all residents. We welcome your involvement in our efforts by becoming a member of the Bowling Green Save Our Neighborhoods Group!

BG SONG membership is $10 a year.
